Experience comes with time in a job in any industry, and Geary Trigleth has used his excellent work ethic to take great advantage of this. Some do not use their time wisely at the positions they have held, and as a result, they are unable to benefit from the possible skills learned from the job. Geary Trigleth, however, has made sure to absorb every bit of knowledge from the varied positions he has held over the years, from working at a travel agency, to leading and managing customer service teams.
Working at travel agency required that he will be able to assist customers in whatever needs they might require, as well as any questions that they might have. As a bartender in college, he learned to deal with numerous and demanding customers in a fast paced environment. These early jobs prepared him for his role in the travel industry after college. The travel industry continues to be the center of growth and innovation, as Geary Trigleth loves travelling . This allowed him to utilize and strengthen his skills in guiding tourists.
With his career moving towards a more managerial role, Geary Trigleth was able to work with teams, in order to better assist in issues faced by his company. Geary Trigleth began working for Ericsson as a technical support engineer, and used this role to help fix technical issues, as well as lead his team to provide a better customer experience. Leadership and service have allowed him to take advantage of his numerous roles, and succeed with the skills he acquired.
